The menstrual cup works in a simple way. It is a silicone or latex cup that is inserted into the vagina during menstruation. Unlike tampons and pads, the menstrual cup does not absorb the flow, but retains it inside so that it can be removed whenever necessary.
How to use NINACUP?
- Boil for 3 minutes to sterilize.
- Relax if it's your first time.
- Clean your hands
- Get into a comfortable position.
- Press the cup.
- Bend it into a U shape
- Separate the lips with the other hand and insert the cup as shown in the photo.
How to remove?
- Clean your hands.
- Get into a comfortable position.
- Insert two fingers and pull on the strap, slowly removing it.
- Clean the glass with water and pH neutral soap (without perfume)
- Ready to use again.
