2-Access / Portability

Provision of data collected and stored in the database.

Through the GDPR module located in the footer, you can access all your data. This includes identification data as well as billing-related information.

If the customer requests a document listing the data held by the company, it can be exported to Excel or CSV.


3-Anonymization

Anonymization/right to be forgotten is a customer right. If you wish to stop being contacted by phone or email, you may request to be removed from the company’s database.

The customer may request anonymity at any time, meaning their data will no longer be available in their customer profile.

This process is irreversible and can be carried out directly on our website via a dedicated form or, in case of questions or difficulties, by email or phone.


4-Activity Log

Keeping a record of all operations carried out with customer data is now mandatory and must be easily accessible.

All access to customer data is recorded in log files where such access is stored.


5-Operation History

Regarding operation history, a record must be kept of all actions performed.

In the operation history, users can view records of actions performed through the GDPR module, such as searches, data consultations, and anonymizations.


6-Retention

Data recorded for commercial transactions is retained in accordance with current Portuguese law.

Current law requires retaining records for a minimum period of 10 (ten) years.

Data collected for statistical and marketing purposes is retained for a maximum period of 1 year.
