ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
By browsing this website or purchasing any product, you implicitly accept our Terms & Conditions.
Access to the service is subject to registration at www.vibra.pt
For this purpose, the customer must provide data that allows their identification.
At the time of ordering, you agree to provide only accurate and truthful information and to immediately inform Vibra.pt of any changes.
All orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If the data provided is incorrect or incomplete, the cost of reshipping the order will be borne by the customer.
Vibra.pt declines any responsibility for delays or inability to process orders resulting from incorrect or insufficient customer data.
Data updates must be made in the customer account using the form provided for that purpose.
Modification of this website, reproduction, copying, distribution, sale, resale, or any other form of exploitation, whether commercial or not, is prohibited.
All intellectual property rights over the website and its contents belong to Vibra.pt, unless expressly stated otherwise.
PRODUCT USE.
Vibra.pt does not guarantee that any damage or breakage of the product after use is covered by warranty.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE PRICING.
Registration on the website and use of the service are free, with no purchase obligation.
Prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice.
Vibra.pt reserves the right to cancel orders whose final price is incorrect or outdated, informing the customer whenever possible before payment is made.
If payment has already been completed, the customer will be fully refunded. However, if the customer chooses to proceed with the order, they must pay the correct price or any outstanding difference.
Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Any questions about products can be clarified via email, phone, or chat.
We make every effort to ensure that the information provided is free of errors, and when errors occur, they will be corrected as soon as possible.
If the information does not match the product characteristics, the customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract under applicable law.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payment can be made via:

- MBWAY
- Debit or credit cards (VISA/Mastercard)
- PayPal (+4.25%)
I SELECTED MBWAY BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The MBWAY app does not always generate a payment notification. Please open your MBWAY app and check the Activity section, where you will find the pending authorization. After confirming the amount, you can proceed with payment.
Like the other payment methods available, this is a fast, secure method with strong authentication.
WHAT DOES THE FRAGILE DELIVERY SERVICE FEE MEAN?
The Fragile Delivery Service has an additional cost of +âŹ2.99 on shipping fees. If you select this option at checkout, your order will be marked as fragile so the courier handles it with extra care. If you believe your order may contain fragile products, we recommend selecting this option.
DELIVERIES
The estimated delivery time for âIn Stockâ products is 24/48 hours on working days for Mainland Portugal.
Delivery time for the Portuguese islands is 4 to 9 working days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary during holiday periods in the Iberian Peninsula.
Shipments are only made on working days; weekends and holidays are not included in delivery times.
All delivery times are indicative and may change due to warehouse errors, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
Any delay in dispatch does not entitle the customer to compensation.
Upon receiving the goods, the customer must check the packaging condition. If any damage is found due to transport, the delivery must be refused.
All items must be inspected within one working day, and any damage must be reported immediately to Vibra.pt so a claim can be made and transport insurance activated.
In such cases, the customer must provide photos of the damage and the shipping label, and must not discard any packaging or materials received.
RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
All returns or RMAs must be previously communicated by email. Otherwise, Vibra.pt reserves the right not to accept the return.

CANCELLATIONS
According to applicable law, Vibra.pt allows product returns within 14 days of receipt, without penalty and without the need to provide a reason.
The customer must communicate their intention in writing via email, phone, or online chat. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt, along with the original invoice.
In these cases, the customer is responsible for sending the goods in good condition and with all accessories to our warehouses.
