We are an online sexshop and we want to guarantee total confidence and security when receiving your online orders. To make your shopping experience easier, we guarantee that all our packaging is 100% anonymous and contains no identification of the online sexshop Vibra.pt.

We simplify all processes so you can comfortably receive your orders anywhere, whether at home or even at work.

Our packaging contains no identification stickers, we do not mention the product(s), and the shipping label does not include our online sexshop Vibra.pt name.

DELIVERY TIMES AND ORDER RECEIPT

The estimated delivery time for products marked as “In stock” is 24/48 hours on working days for Mainland Portugal (via courier).

If you complete payment before 1:00 PM, we guarantee next-day delivery — valid for purchases made and delivered on working days.

These delivery times apply only to Mainland Portugal and Spain.

Delivery time for the Portuguese islands is between 4 to 9 working days after purchase (via CTT or DHL depending on weight).

Delays or delivery issues may occur; although these are the responsibility of the transport companies, our team monitors such situations to resolve them quickly and ensure fast delivery.

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected during holidays or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except during active promotions).

Free shipping campaigns apply only to Mainland Portugal.

Shipments to islands over 5 kg will be sent via CTT to the nearest post office to the address provided. The customer is responsible for collecting the order at the CTT point. If desired, the customer may request a preferred CTT pickup location.

FRAGILE SHIPPING FEE

The Fragile Delivery Service has an additional cost of +€2.50 on shipping fees.

If you select this option at checkout, an extra insurance will be activated so the courier can identify the package as fragile and handle it with extra care.

If you believe your order may contain fragile items, we recommend selecting this option.

DELIVERY AT NACEX PICKUP, CTT LOCKERS AND POSTA RESTANTE

At Vibra.pt sexshop you can choose your delivery method. We offer a pickup network with more than 600 delivery points nationwide through the carrier NACEX.

You can check all available pickup points here.

We also deliver to CTT lockers. At checkout, simply select your pickup point and code when entering the address and ensure all contact details are correct.

However, we are not responsible for any situation that prevents the carrier from completing the delivery.

SUSTAINABILITY AND ECO-FRIENDLY SHIPPING

Due to the wide variety of products and high number of stock references, Vibra.pt operates with multiple warehouses.

If your order includes products that need to be shipped from different warehouses, the customer will always be informed.

In these cases, our company aims to reduce its ecological footprint and operate in a more sustainable way.

We kindly ask customers to accept replacing selected items with similar and/or equivalent products. This helps reduce transportation and packaging resources.

Please note that customers may accept or reject this suggestion. We never replace products without prior customer approval.
