HOW DO I PUT MY CUP ON?

Before using it for the first time, it is recommended to sterilize it by boiling it in water for a few minutes or in a special sterilization solution. Always insert it with clean hands. We recommend inserting the Eve cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing. Choose the position that is most comfortable for you and to make insertion easier, wet it with water or use a water-based lubricant and follow the steps below. Squeeze the cup in your hand, fold it in half lengthwise, insert it obliquely towards the bottom, leaving it secured in the vaginal cavity.

HOW DO I GET MY VE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract the vaginal muscles to close the cup at the entrance of the vagina. With the help of a finger, check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Squeeze the bottom, releasing the pressure until it is removed and pour its contents into the toilet. Wash the cup with hot water and neutral pH soap, store it in the included bag.

HOW CAN I USE MY VE CUP?

Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours maximum. The handle of the Eve cup can be cut to fit the length. Allows for prolonged use of up to 12 hours without emptying.
