What is atrophic vaginitis?

Atrophic vaginitis is a disorder that consists of the narrowing of the walls of the vagina and a decrease in its lubrication. This produces greater dryness and vaginal inflammation.

It is caused, fundamentally, by the decrease in estrogen, which is the main female sex hormone, and is a very common problem in women with menopause (50% of women with menopause suffer from vaginal atrophy), influencing both sexual functionality and quality of life. How is INTIMICHIC DILATOR used?

It's a matter of first applying a little water-based lubricant to the entrance of the vagina (approximately the size of a chestnut) and massaging gently for 2 or 3 minutes.

Then take the smallest INTIMICHIC DILATOR element. Apply the lubricant equally to the tip in the same proportions.

Then, start pressing down to insert it into the vagina gently and gradually. If you notice dryness, add lubricant.

You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes, making small rocking movements. It is important to keep in mind that contraction of the vaginal muscles is adverse, so if this occurs, the exercise should be stopped.
