How is this used?

• 1) Fill the bathtub with water.
• 2) Once in the tub, place the Bathmate under water until it is completely filled. The penis is then inserted inside and rests at the base of the pelvis.
• 3) Push the Bathmate toward you repeatedly. This activates the hydraulic contraction mechanism of the pump base, creating a vacuum effect. You'll begin to feel the pressure build. As water is evacuated from the inside through the upper valve, the penis expands further and further.
• 4) When you can no longer pump, simply rest for five minutes. The ideal vacuum is when you can no longer expel any more water from the Bathmate.
